I had a X'mas party at a dinning bar in Tsudanuma. 8 people came the party, it was very fun! I really enjoyed this party. At the end of the party, we exchange present! I gave a desk-top calender shaped pretty frog. I got a set of Ochazuke (photo). Do you know Ochazuke? This is a Japanese food, but I think it like oatmeal in America. First, serve rice in bigger rice bowl than usually. Second, dish some flavors up on the rice. Japanese likes a piece of salmon, umeboshi, seasoned laver, a little rice crackers, and so on. Finally, pour the green tea into the bowl!! This food is very good, and I think most of Japanese loves Ochazuke. Please try it!
